We’ve done it!  Tideswell is through to the next round of the Village SOS Big Lottery/BBC scheme aimed at helping six village develop both jobs and community life.  It’s across the press today (11th November) and more detail can be found on the news pages of the Taste Tideswell web site.

The timetable from now on is busy – the search is on for a Village Champion, an outside consultant who’ll work with us to ensure the schemes success and then in March we need to submit our revised and fully costed plans to The Village SOS committee.  In May we hear whether we are one of six village across the UK to win.  Exciting times.

If you’re interested in getting involved contact the team at info@tastetideswell.co.uk
